"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered a jacket from alexander-kay.com, the delivery was the main letdown for me. The tracking didn’t move for several days, so I was mostly left guessing where the package was, which got frustrating.
The jacket did show up eventually and it was fine once it arrived, so I wouldn’t say the whole experience was bad. If you’re not in a rush, it might be okay, but if you need something by a certain date, I’d be a bit cautious

"I paid way more than I expected..."
I paid way more than I expected, that’s on them for making it seem like it would be worth it. The quality wasn’t any better than cheaper places I’ve tried, so I just felt ripped off. Definitely not spending my money there again.

"Customer service took forever to get back..."
Customer service took forever to get back to me, and the replies felt copy-pasted. I ended up having to ask the same question twice before I got anything useful. The site itself is fine, but the support definitely needs a lot of work

"Return process dragged on forever"
I sent my order back thinking it would be straightforward, but it turned into weeks of chasing them for updates. Every reply takes ages, and I’m basically being forced to stay patient while my refund still isn’t sorted. it’s been really frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again

"Pretty disappointed with the quality"
The thing I got from Alexander-kay just didn’t feel great. It looked kinda cheap in person, the stitching was all over the place, and the material didn’t really match what I thought I was getting from the photos. For the price, I was expecting a lot better. Probably won’t order from them again.
